It said "ROBLOX is successfully installed" then booted up the app. This was after I used command prompt and did sfc/scannow and after I restarted the computer, but I think those were unrelated because ROBLOX was still ...

When in this state, the motherboard shows a white LED saying there is a VGA issue. Browsing the internet will say to RMA your Motherboard or CPU, but this likely is not needed.
