Summer Camps - Orlando Area Rowing Society
If you are new to the sport of rowing, our Learn To Row camps are for you. If you are a current OARS rower, or a rower from a different club or high school team, looking to get back on the water or improve your strength and fitness, we also have camps for you!

Masters Adult Rowing For Ages 18 and Up
Rowing is a low impact, full body, aerobic and weight bearing workout. As a member of OARS Masters you will receive coaching, on the water and on the ergs, during regularly scheduled practices.

OARS 8th Grade Competitive Program - Orlando Area Rowing Society
The 8th grade program is designed to be a bridge from middle school to high school rowing. Rowers will be developing their rowing knowledge base and work together to develop a solid team culture. 8th grade strength & conditioning will focus on functional movement & individual development.

Private Sculling Lessons - Orlando Area Rowing Society
Sculling lessons are offered at OARS for individuals who would like to learn how to row or fine-tune their current skill set. New rowers will learn all the basics from carrying boats to taking your first strokes.

OARS High School Program Overview - Orlando Area Rowing Society
OARS rowers not only achieve success in competitions but also form lasting friendships and learn valuable life lessons. Training includes a variety of methods such as running, ergometer (rowing machine) sessions, strength and conditioning exercises, and, naturally, time in a shell on the water.
